Member's Bio
Helen Keiley is a Master’s student in McGill’s integrated program in neuroscience, studying under Dr. Yasser Iturria-Medina. She entered the lab after completing a course based master’s in data science, which followed a bachelor of science in neuroscience and biochemistry, both completed at the Memorial University of Newfoundland. She wanted to combine her interests by studying neuroinformatics. Her research is currently focused on adapting a model for identifying subclasses and trajectories of Alzheimer’s disease to Parkinson’s disease. Outside of research she is a hobbyist violin player and enjoys reading.
